How do I place an order on JasBliss?
It’s simple!
- Browse our collections and add your favorite products to the cart.
- Click on the Cart icon, review your items, and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm the order.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email instantly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian and international payment options:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (available for select pin codes)
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No, currently only one coupon code can be used per order. But don’t worry — we regularly offer exciting bundle deals and promotions!
What should I do if my payment fails?
If the amount has been debited from your account but the order didn’t go through, please email us at support@jasbliss.com with your transaction ID.
We’ll resolve it within 24–48 hours.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
International shipping will be available soon!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within:
- 2–5 business days for metros
- 5–7 business days for other regions
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
How can I track my order?

Just enter your Order ID or registered email ID to see live updates.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Oh no! We’re so sorry if that happens.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear product photos.
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used cosmetics or skincare products.

How do I initiate a return?
Simply email support@jasbliss.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
Our team will guide you through the return process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them, before they’re shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — but you can request a return after delivery.

Are JasBliss products cruelty-free?
Yes ! All JasBliss products are 100% cruelty-free — we never test on animals.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are vegan.
You can check the product description on each product page to confirm its vegan status.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely.
Our products are dermatologically tested, paraben-free, and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
However, we recommend a patch test before first use.

All JasBliss products are proudly made in India, under certified manufacturing facilities following strict safety and quality standards.
